OUR FOUNDER, ASHLEY TERRON BEM, IS A HIGHLY DECORATED BRICKLAYER WHO WAS AWARDED A BRITISH EMPIRE MEDAL IN 2014 FROM HM QUEEN ELIZABETH, FOR HIS SERVICES TO SKILLS, AFTER BEING CROWNED THE 'WORLD'S BEST YOUNG BRICKLAYER' AT WORLDSKILLS LEIPZIG 2013.
Since the successes of Ashley's Worldskills journey, he opted to pursue a career in Construction Management where he has worked for a large volume house builder in the North West of England and more recently a national builder specialising in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
